Welcome to our new Website

"We work hard to achieve our dreams, Valuing each other and working as a team, Each person is unique, a nutty mix... But together we're stronger, we're Hazel 6!" Hazel 6 Vision Statement

Hazel 6

-Miss Wolfenden-

Hazel 6 is taught by Miss Wolfenden and supported by Mrs Calvert as our ETA.

Information regarding our class timetable/routine is as follows:

PE Rota:

PE is taught on Monday (outdoor) and Tuesday (indoor). For this, children need to have correct school kit including indoor and outdoor footwear. No watches or jewellery will be allowed during PE times. The indoor PE kit consists of black shorts, white T-shirt and black pumps. For outdoor PE, children could bring tracksuit bottoms/top. I would advise that although we have set PE days if the weather doesn't allow us to go outside on a Monday we may go out another day in the week.

Homework is given out on Friday afternoon and is expected to be returned on Thursday the following week. This homework consists of a Maths and an English activity, as well as continuous home reading, for which children must bring in their reading logs every Friday to be checked. Spellings practice may also be given out.

All children must read at least three times a week at home.

Children are encouraged to play on TT Rockstars as frequently as possible - class and whole school leaderboards are updated on a half-termly basis.
