Joe Wicks has announced that he will be running P.E lessons via his YouTube channel every morning from 9.00am. The sessions will last 30 minutes and not require much space. What a brilliant way to begin your day! Below is the official announcement with all of the information that you need to get involved!  

 

If 9am is too early for you, here you will find all of Joe Wicks' 30 minute morning workouts! Updated daily, so you can do them whenever you like!
